Girls, opinion time.
Someone at work brought up the subject of having sex with someone married today. It was an article they were reading on the web...and it started a debate.
Of course, I am surrounded by chicks. Chicks can be b*tches.
So, I had some people who said "if you don't know his wife, who cares? you're heart isn't getting broken." others say "No no...married is off-limits."
Then the subject of "separated" comes up. Some people changed their mind, saying 'separated was okay' - but then it was a debate because he was still LEGALLY married. And...yeah.
Anyway. Lemme raise this question to you:
You're single. You're hot (which we all are, btw). You're looking for a good time. Married guy is hot. He's honest, up-front. You don't know his wife. You know he's beautiful and his eye is on you.
Do you do it?

if he is honest and upfront, then he's not looking beyond his wife for sex. That's just not honest. Knowing or not knowing his wife doesn't really enter into it. You know she exists... that's all you need to know.
Separation can be a very grey area; some people separate to re-think things; some are separated on their way to divorce; some separate and want to divorce but don't for financial reasons, etc...
Having gone thru a divorce, I would say that once I filed, once we were legally separated, I considered myself and my ex fair game... I didn't date, but he did, and that was fine. But while I was married, no... it's just too complicated and painful.

Being seperated is a big deal. So for those who say seperated is still married, you are correct by the letter of the law. For those of you who say Seperated is ok, well in a way you too are correct. I respect both sides of the subject, and cant argue with either.
But I wouldnt sleep with a MARRIED woman....sorry not my style.

Personally, when I was separated, I chose not to date... not that the door was being broken down, but I was an emotional wreck and in no condition to get involved in anything. My ex dated, and while I wasn't so much "interested" in his doings, I didn't fault him or hold it against him... our marriage was over in every sense of the word except the court stamp... at that point, we were really no longer married.
Separation is kind of like limbo... JMO
