This may or may not mean anything, but me and my X had sex I think on either the 2nd or 3rd date, and we were together for 11 years before we divorced. I would have to say that sex is an important part of a relationship. If they are not compatable with me in the sack, then I would not waste any more time pretending we could have something special. With everything moving so fast at this day and age, everything at our fingertips, computers, music, I think we lean more toward speed dating. A guy wants to find out pretty quick if this is the one, and before he can complete his evaluation sex would have to be included. I could rant some more about this subject. But I won't

I really wish when I see threads like this the question wouldn't include all men. Not all men are that way. I know i'm not. If I am attracted to a lady the first thing I want to do is get to know her to see if there is some kind of chemistry between the two of us. When two people know there is something there the sharing of yourself with one another comes natural. At that point it's not sex, it's making love. Which to me is a very precious thing between two people.

I think sex is a healthy part of a relationship but it doesnt mean you have to put out on the first date. Im not saying its what I base a relationship on but it does help to be compatable in the bedroom with each other too. Not only do men put up fronts but I personally know some women who play the game well too. But I agree....no one should say they are looking to settle down with someone when they are only wanting a " booty call" as ya all put it. Theres noting wrong with sex but for myself I am looking for much more then a sexual relationship. Thats just my opinion.
