in other words. what do you do to get over a heartache? sit in front of the tv, with a pint of ice cream, watch a sad movie and cry. klondike bar is ice cream!

It's not an easy moment in time when we reach that point where we know that "it" is over. Just gotta stay in your routine on a daily basis and be grateful for the time you spent together. Let Go & Let God.
Stay busy, but not too busy. Take time for yourself & breathe deep. Keep a positive thought.

Heartache is like a flu-virus. You don't get over it, you just suffer for a while, and it runs it's course. You can shorten or prolong the suffering depending on what you do.

In order to not go back to him, I remember all the hurtful things he did and said and thank my lucky stars I was wise enough to stop the emotional bleeding before it killed me.
Sometimes, though, it's hard not to think about the good times when you first met and love was fresh and new, and when that happens, I have written myself an e-mail to read until I puke. In the end, my second husband did such gawdawful things just out of spite. Did he really think I would stay with an abusive alcoholic who cheated online????
I would love to find a guy to be friends with for now. My heart is not for the taking until I am fully recovered from the pain inflicted by the ex. In the meantime, I have my little doggie and my friends who will always be there for me. Thank you, God!

i got it all bassackwards. what i meant to say was when a relationship ends. waht would you do for a klondike bar. get a pint of ice cream, sit and watch a sad movie and cry your eyes out!

It all depends on why we broke up.. if he did something horrible.. get out the voodoo doll of him..I'm just kiddinggggggg lol I think I'm a strong person and so I just dust myself off and go on with my daily life. There's a reason for everything that happens to us. Good and Bad. Back away from the food.. inches and inches will come along with it lol  than it's exercise time... lol

When life has no spice,
I still went to the dance.
Just because things can get down in the dumps,
doesn't mean that I'm going to stop living.
The klondike bar is as much a state of mind,
as it is an icecream, or anything else.
