I made an error in selecting Yes instead of NO in the 'Meet Me' section. How can I change my answer?

I wouldn't worry about it - should the person in question contact you, let her down gently.

I actually clicked on a few individuals thinking that they had wanted to meet me because I'm new to this site I didn't know how it worked.I looked up options to delete my entries basically to no avail.Nonetheless I just blocked the indiviuals from contacting me.Good luck everyone. Libra

Yes I dont think you can change it once its been done. Just hope the person doesn't contact you. I guess it would be no different than giving alleged mixed signals in real life that men are always on about.

Oh Dear! I made a terrible faux pas. I hope I don't get kicked out of DateHookUp.

I just joined yesterday, and was wondering the same thing. I voted 'yes' on a user, but then she later gave reason to change my interest. I'd very much like to be able to change it, so as to have no association with her or her profile.
From the replies here, it sounds like there may be reason for that feature to be added at some point.
Anyway, thanks for the help, forum posters.

Every member has the option of checking "Yes" or "No" in the Meet Me feature. Accept your decision when the person actually makes contact with you; even if they turn out to be less-than-desirable once you begin conversing with them. There is an old proverb (and I know old) which says: "If you bought it, you own it!" There are no refunds on any members personal decisions, as regards this site and/or site participation.
Should a member NOT care to associate with another member, there is a feature readily available to limit contact with the other member. It is called "BLOCK".
Have a good evening.
