well after losing a son over in iraq i can say it is not easy and the best thing i have found is to talk about him all the fun we had and the love we shared the joy he was to me and i keep pitures out. wath the vidoes of him as he was growing up. the moemor and the love keep alive kepps him close to my heart and the fell of his love stays there

Be glad you can still talk to your son. I lost my 16 years old son last year in am auto accident. I know it is hard not being able to talk to him or see him. But I still have the memory to help me get thur the days ahead. I have pictures and we still talk about some of the thing he did or say. I sure miss him.

i have friends that have lost children (through divorce and permanent ways). i have seen the pain that they let out, which is probably nothing compared to what they kept in. time and memories is about all that seems to help.

You dont its hard and i know from experience.. just keep ur head high and tell them everytime u talk to them how much u love them. DO what u can to get them prove to them that u really want to be apart of their lifes!!
