The reason sometimes we fail...is because we want the best looking DATE...on the site....those 9 or 10 people...on the scale of LOOKS> ... ARE somewhat hard to deal with.......

wouldn't you want a woman who has alot of confidence in them selves ??
just because a woman is pretty in your eyes dosn't mean they see their selves
as so. One has to look good and feel good to their self to be good looking.

TRUE..... this 9 or 10 thing applys to both men & women..... i.e,. toooooo,,,,much self,,,me,,, & I....... does not have goals....of trying to go beyond...LOOKS
IF A RELATIONSHIP IS JUST ABOUT (LOOKS).... AN WHEN THAT WARES-OFF....THEN WHAT....??

I can be realistic about this,whats to shoot for,woman and dating are not a game,nor are we fishing or hunting.There is nothing to shoot for,how about what we may inquire or have interest in,yes looks and attraction are very big in a relationship.You have to have that initial spark,but after that spark there has to be more value in that someone in order to keep the relationship fresh and interesting.Wouldnt it be great if we could find someone thats an 8 or an 9,but once again love is in the beholder,whom i may think is an 7 you may say there an 3.To be discussing a topic of this is bringing back high school days....Damn im getting old...Shit we all use to say wow look at her shes an....But come on here,were suppose to be at the age where we no theres no shooting for this and that,its just finding that one individual thats makes you smile when you roll over and wake up in the morning.....

I am being realistic and not looking for someone based on their appearance....I am looking for someone with whom i have an affinity...someone who is looking for similar things in life.admittedly there must be some form of attraction between two persons but this again is not based on looks .I think its more of a deeper recognition of something compatable between the two.

u have my vote "sweety". u have a great way of bringing words 2gether when expressing urself...i have seen it happen so many times...the guy ignores the "average girl" and marries the "pretty" one...all bcuz she had this great bikini body and all his friends wanted 2 get with her.. ..5 years later, the bikini body is gone, she still can't cook, ur paying child support on 2 kids and she's seeing ur best friend"!..what happen?...lol.. well, it did'nt happen 2 everyone but hey a person is like a rose...the physical beauty dries out with time...nomatter how much u do or pay to try and stop it...it's gonna happen. we must learn 2 look @ people from the inside out..yea, we all want 2 be with a person were attracted 2 physically but don't make it ur 1st priority..u will only b hurting urself in the long run..

dotts we would base our choices on feelings (Touch) and sound (hearing their voices) and scent ( our sense of smell), and of cause our taste for certain types... When we lose one sense our other remaining sense take over....So to not be able to see means having to rely solely on our senses to guide us...Maybe if we listen more to our senses what feels right and what doesnt feel right about someone we might all fair much better instead of trying to make it work with someone who really is not compatable but whom we cling to for appearances sake....

Virtually all '9's' or '10's' I have come across online are fake.
In fact, so are most '8's' and '7's.........
You cannot 'go for' them, because there isn't anyone there to go for.......
In reality, I like the old saying that if you shoot for the moon,even if you miss, you might land among the stars........

Well heck what I see as a 10 may not be what you see as a 10. But honestly as long as she knows what love and respect are and treats me with them. Its all good. Only thing I do want is for her to not be 100# + over weight.

We shouldn't lable people 7, 8, 9 or 10, but reality is we do...We lable ourselves, and we lable others....I tend to need a physical attraction to someone. I email someone and say hello, I hope in return they would email back and say hello. It is only proper. It doesn't say that we would date, hit it off, run off and get married, but being rude and not replying is not the right thing.... So, when anyone emails me I pretty much email them back, unless they are a shadow, then I don't.
I would love to date a 10, but reality is I don't usally pick a 10. They usally look down upon me and I then don't fine them attractive after I meet them. So, I would choose an 8.....
