I know how it was always done using Photobucket but I've been hating that site for a year now and want to know how to post a pic using FotoFlexer instead (i.e. the code)...

FotoFlexer is a editing site......you upload photos from sites like photobucket to edit them.....still would have to be put back on those.....
I would recommend other sites like flickr.com, or imageshack.us
or anywhere where you can copy the url address...then add the img tags to post here....look in the reply box on the left in blue column...

Red ~~ I use Flickr.com when I don't use PB. It is more agreeable than some of the other sites.

I use Photobucket a lot, but also created an account with Fotoflexer because I like their simple editing options for text and speech bubbles. Photobucket used to have the same options but they changed 'em and some good features were lost. When you upload a photo to Fotoflexer it appears on the edit page. After you've done your editing there's a button on the top line marked "Save." Click that and you're presented with various options for where to save the picture. I usually click "Save to Fotoflexer," and save it to my account there. Then I'll select the "Share" option and click "URL/Link". This gives you a link that you can place between a couple of image tags [ img][ /img] (minus spaces) and post on internet forums thus:

Just keep the img - /img part. Delete whatever is in front or after it

@leony007: when you post pictures - to be able to get them to work (and not have all that extra wording) - you need to deleted the whole wording with the [url] and just leave the img tags and the link to the picture - bye doing that it should just show the picture.
