Then let me direct you to a little community outside of Savannah a few miles, where they are all Primitive Church of God, the footwashing kind. All of the females, young or old wear dresses all the time.

I agree, but i also believe it brings out the professionalism, independance and personal respect that they have for themselves, not just the old fashion thing!
