Just found out that my sons dad was f**king around with someone at his work. Even though I'm not surprised, I am still heartbroken. Yes I still have feelings for him but wanted to date because I know there is someone better out there. People are going to tell me what I already know but sometimes it helps to hear it over and over again. I need it pounded in my head that I deserve better and he is scum. I just don't know how someone could look the person they are with in the face after betraying them!!! I'm so sad!! I keep picturing them together....makes me sick!!

im in the same situation exept mine moved hers in it is very devestating its ruines all trust you have in people im told that time heals all wounds good luck to you

i think you'll find that each time you think about this you will have to tell yourself to let go again- probably 100's of times and along about 999 it will sink in,
JMO he's an ass, you deserve better, you must be calm because you have a child together and that is what is most important, venting helps- deep breathing helps

this is for you and the other guy who said he's in the same situation .. JMO but if you were separated then there was no betrayal and if you weren't separated then by you looking for someone else before you cut him loose is just as bad .. now as far as the pain i can understand if you still have feelings for someone seeing them with another can be hard and time will help that ..

I told him (after putting up with a bunch of bullshit) when he went to jail I was going to see other people. The cheating occurred when we were together....
