lol that guys full of it. No bodybuilder sustains his protein needs with a 16 oz piece of meat. Sorry but if you actually KNEW any bodybuilders you would see what I'm saying.
By the way, somebody who lifts weights is not a bodybuilder.
The 16oz thing was an example, not a strict guideline. You can eat more or less, depending on your workout habits and weight. And yes, just because you work out, you're not a bodybuilder. Although I see a lot of idiots in the gym who THINK they are.
