True to a point but they are pretty durable. I have a friend who has a set and she is a freak and hers have yet to explode!! I dont want to knock someone's head off with the size I want, it would just be nice to not have to wear a bra and still look like I have a set!!

Repo chick don't do it. My girlfreind got them done and now she has all sorts of problems. Look at all the movie stars that have had nightmares with fake boobs and they have the best docs in the world and the money to try to fix it when it goes bad.
Get a waterbra.
