I find it interesting I put a pic of me with my guitar on another dating site. i was getting some interest, but when I posted the pic suddenly I was getting more. I mentioned in my about me that I play guitar, and paint on canvas. I think people don't actually read your about me or is it woman need proof? what do you think? or is this a dumb post lol

Add a photo of you actually 'playing' an instrument and the 'grazers' spens a little more time on your profile as opposed to seeing yet another boring face pic and grazing on....
It makes me wish I had my bass back (got burglarized about 20 years ago and insurance wouldn't replace it).
/sigh
//would cost me about $1500 to replace it now

I think by someone playing guitar... women are drawn to you more because:
Women subconciously want at least 1 of 4 things
1)that you are popular, and so she would get seen by alot of people, and have fun all the time.
2)alot of people think they can sing, and hope that by dating you that some how the world will see what a star she is
3)women assume that you have money and/or drugs
4) So they can mark off on the list that alot of women keep ( about what ten types of men they would want to date before they die type of list)or some kind of list or something they they and there friends conjured up...

Let me add this... Yes, woman are intrigued by the guitar. Until they date a working musician (not to imply that you aren't a working musician). But dating a musician is hard and sometimes lonely. But there is a lot of fun to be had! Hell, come to think of it, dating anyone who works a lot can be hard too. Hell Love is hard.... lol good luck  : :
