Well...after this Labor Day weekend I have planned...I will be wearing the patch...thanks for the tip on the Altoids, striker, I will need all the help I can get!!!
I can't start til after then cuz I'm going to Orlando and all my friends smoke. I don't get down there much, so it will be easier AFTER this coming weekend! Then, its off to find a gym where I can work out! Burnedonce has me fired up! At 67 she works out about everyday now! I'm just tired of smoking and being a "slug"! Tee Hee! In a few months maybe I can post a nice pic...full head & body shot, but not til I do some "shedding"! Then we'll just if I got it going on! lol Keep up the good work Tru...hang in there! Hugs! Cindy

blu too many unanswered variables to answer! but gotta go there anyway. lemon drops are my fav in general to smoking. but if you still have an appetite,try tube steak for the second round!

I quit 8 days ago. Just spent a weekend of outrageous sex. The thought of a smoke was crushed with gum, lollipops, a movie dinner, and more sex! lol Not to mention plenty of rest! After the fact of course!
