Recently, I've had one guy who has been e-mailing me, with cutesy little come-ons. I've discovered he is still married, and only separated. I wrote back that I wasn't interested in dating a man who is still married, albeit separated.
He's been very persistent. Today he wanted to IM me and chat. I decided to tell him once and for all, that I'm NOT INTERESTED, hoping he'd finally get the message and back off.
Apparently, he's been separated for 12 years! When I questioned him about this, he claimed that they are staying together for insurance purposes. Yeah. . .whatever! lol
I told him again that I don't date men who are still married. He claims that it's only a piece of paper. So I responded, that if I was to follow his line of logic, then divorce is only a piece of paper, so why doesn't he take care of business and finalize things.
I also told him, that technically, if I got involved with him, I would be considered his mistress, and that's not something I wish to be known as. He simply couldn't understand this.
He's either so dense, that I wouldn't date him even if he was divorced, or he's just looking for a one night stand, and is a pig.
I'm just venting tonight. Any comments????

Junie don't feel bad, I had one swear he wasn't married or living with anyone, turned out he still lived with his wife, when I called him on it he said he couldn't afford to move out. I think those kind of guys just want someone to keep them company in their fantasy worlds. Who knows.

From what you just told us, here is my opinion of this guy:
He procrastinate
He finds poor excuses
He does not take care of business
He has a one track mind
He does not respect what you want

12 years you say? Insurance policy you say?
Must be a great insurance policy I say! 
Yes this person exists in a completely different hemisphere then the rest of us and I guess the air gets pretty thin there!

Well my mother told me never to talk to crazy people! So I really wouldn't know were to began

Sounds to me he's just trying to keep everything "convenient" for his sake. And chances are that's all that you would be to him also. Move on..you deserve better.
