Posey has been out classed behind the plate as usual in the playoff and if you don't beleve me look at is post season BA history it's around .250. Speed kills and in that huge ballpark it's king. Tim Hudson 39yrs old and Pevey with his bad impression of, "Mad Al Hraboskie," won't cut it.

If you're a baseball fan do you remember when my hometown Blue jays won back to back world series titles(92,93) beating the braves one year (the power house braves) with schmoltz, glavine and reardon pitching but the jays still beat them and then beat the phillies the next year.

All I ever said was it was possible, anything is possible. Ventura was KCs ace so depending on who gets an early lead, meaning if KC jumps out in front, thier bullpen is stronger IMO. SF isn't k,nown for thier power, so in that ballpark, unless Posey, Sandoval and Pence start putting hits together, SF will be in a world of hurt. This isn't the same team as when they had Cody Ross, Pagan and Scutaro or a healty, Lincecum or effective Romo.

I gained a ton of respect for Bryce Harper for b*tching at him on another horrible called strike 3. Matt Kemp called out on a check swing that wasn't close. Turner called out on a ball at least 8 inches to a foot low. God Bless Bowie Kuhn....best Commissioner ever. Kept all gambling out.

It was 7-0 at that point? And ya we remember the Blue Jays going back to back, they lucked out with Carters HR in the ninth of game 7 but the, (power house Braves?) The B Jays were no slouches and by the next yr, 93' the Jays were the "power house," with the likes of Moltor, Alomar, Devon White, Carter, Olerud, Dave Steward, Morris, Stieb and my buddie Candy Maldonado. Hunter Pence has been terriffic as usual hitting and defense. Cant remember a series that has been played so well defensively.
