If I had just one wish, it would be to know my daughter, who was taken away and hidden from me almost 18 years ago. She would be 22 now, and has missed knowing her great grand parents, her grand parents, aunts, uncles, neices and nephews, not to mention me...her dad. I'm not going to say anything bad about her mom...my first wife, although God knows I could. I'm just hoping, praying and wishing one day we will be able to know eachother...before it's too late.

I just got back from dropping my kids off with their dad. My 10 year old, who's birthday was yesterday, said please don't make me go, please don't make me go. Please go back to court and fix this so I do not have to go anymore.....
I wish I could change things for my children....I wish the divorce didn't have to be so painful for them.

Actually...I tried to think of something I could wish for that would apply to me, but nothing I want can't be achieved by my own efforts and I really have few regrets and very little to be sad about at this point in my life so I couldn't think of anything I wanted. World Peace and humanitarian goals seemed too bogus even to me. It's human nature to seek out strife and conflict to develop skills necessary for continuing growth and adaptation without stagnation so those wishes would only be temporary fixes and against what I believe may be the will and handiwork of a higher power. Maybe I could wish for something shallow? The perfect diet that actually works! I could make a fortune selling it around the world to women everywhere. It'd be something bizarre like 2 drops of urine on the tip of the tongue takes weight off in days (mostly because the women are puking their guts out by the second day, but that'll be in the fine print and no one reads that). So...what's that leave me besides gassy wishes for the guys?
