jer3552 Vale, OR 60, joined Oct. 2013	Its an archaic term and maybe not politically correct, but I first noticed it in junior high, where one female would be surrounded by other females who praised her and looked up to her and were willing to shower praise and allegiance to her...ive seen it when I worked in nursing homes also, so it seems to go on till the end....Ive never been able to grasp or understand it.
