I think they get easier as they grow up, mine is two and think its easier cuz she can tell me whats wrong and so on. But being single and have a kid is hard, im a full time dad and a full time student so i have to juggle both things but i do get them done.

what does being a boy have to do with it? kids are hard til you get the bond with them called respect...not fear but real respect, then its easy. once they get old enough to understand things, remember to sit them down and explain things to them or have them explain it to you. things like:
what did you do wrong?
why is it wrong?
how can it affect you?
how can it affect others?
whats a better way to do it?
this works so much better than whooping them and it develops them into a better thinking kid.

Hey I'm around your age....LOL. I'm also a single mom who works full-time and is a full-time student. My schedule is really busy, but I take time to have at least one full day with my daughter. I'm just glad that I have family to help me out.
