why is it, women can't take questions dealing with relationships from, a man who truly wants to work on a relationship. if he doesn't want to change them , but wants to understand,, for himself and their so called relationship...the last three ladies i've dated seriuosly turn and run...or just shut down... i know that my past relationships have molded me somewhat..i can't change that without some understanding from the other side.. it doesn't have to be details , but if you can't talk about how we got to where we are... Then how can youexpect to go any further... it blows me away...

latest 26,, 45 and 46, in that order... before tht 36 and 34 , but i find it the same in all if i look back...thanks for asking uga... how about the ky. kittens yesterday,,, ave..53 points a game ..hahah won't last long

Men do the same thing to us. I have never been able to understand it myself. What I really hate to hear is "It's not you it's me" Give me a break. I want to know what is wrong so it can be fixed if possible.

i don't know then i have found that younger women are quick to clam up when things aren't exactly perfect but once they reach thry're thirty's they should be past that "it's easier to run than work things out " stage...sorry to hear it dude but she's out there just keep your head up...

It happens with both men and women, we run to keep ourselves "safe" it's very hard to let another person get so close to you when you've been so hurt..don't take it personal it's something the other person must work out.

crafty i personally did it as a joke... and just to give the 50+ yr. olds a representation/// i've been ask by 3 women that have never converserd with to remove it,,, one actually calling it gross ...sent me emails but didn't post any comments that i've seen on any thread yet.. some that i've chatted on threads like it or their just being funny or polite... don't really care.. it won't be up forever.. hope i answered your question in full...now your turn! Thanks for the answer.
Here goes...it's basic human development.
In our 20's we're young, beautiful and feel like we can get any man we want. Therefore, we're not as interested in 'fixing' things or working on problems.
In our 30's we've been through enough relationships (and possibly a divorce). We know what we want & what we don't want. We're also mature enough to decide what issues we are, and are not, willing to work through.
In our 40's, I think we begin to mellow. We still know what we will, or won't accept in our lives. However, I think we're a little more open-minded and ready to truly be a partner.
Can't really tell you anything beyond those ages...I'm only 39.
Also, this is just my opinion. It's also a generalization. I can't speak for others, and can confidently say that not all women will fit the profiles I've outlined. This is just what I feel and what I've observed in others.
