Funny to come across this becuase I was told that in my last relationship and the one before that "Your a great guy and some girl will be lucky to have you but It's not going to work for us, But we can be F-Buddys"! What the hell is it with the F-Buddy thing am I stupid for passing up the offer? I just can't stand thinking of having sex with a girl knowing that all she wants is just the sex and wondering who else she made the same deal with!

Hey Shy guy, I don't think you were dumb at all to pass it up. My first reaction is that sex is truly better when there is a certain connection, which you can't get with fwb....not to mention what I call the petri dish effect, you don't know what you can find. I guess all i can say (and try to do myself) is to keep that head high and keep on going until you find that special woman who makes you forget about the rest of the world

I keep telling myself that I will find someone to make me forget about the last one but for some reason I cant stop thinking of her, So I called her the day after I turned down the offer and told her that I am willing to give the F-buddy idea a shot hoping to keep something good between us, I told her I would like to talk to her in person so we can set some rules down! She said ok and that she would call me back the next day, I never got the call. A week later she came over to hang with my sister and husbend who I live with I tryed to keep out of sight and ignore the fact that she was there but had to see her so I left my cave and went upstairs hoping she was going to pull me aside and talk "nope". We made eye contact and all she did was say hi, No mention of what was to become of the whole F-buddy idea. I can only assume that she doesn't want that now too. I cant understand her.

A lot of people know that there are "those" men who like to control the women in their life...but then again there are women who do the same. She may be trying to getting you to come back to her so she can feel good about herself. Don't do it! I say the same thing to women too. I know it's a small battle, but I like to hope that people (men and women) will stop all the games if the good people stop playing them. What happened to the days of "I like you, you like me..let's go hang out"?
Friends are your support for the crazy people in your life too. Get some friends together for a beer or something (for the getting out, not for the beer).

This guy who wrote this is CRAZY! I ended up dating him and he is a sex offender and i had introduced him to me kids, before I found out about the sex offender thing. Be careful out there everyone...there are bad people lurking!!!!!! He also got my bank account closed and did not go by his real name. He stole my kids christmas presents and pawned them..so again...what something seems like is not always what it looks like.

It is just the nice guys that end up single its also the nice girls that end up single as well. Its always the the nice ones get hurt or worse cheated on, or taken advanage of. Its just part of life. Granted i wish it was like this cause i hate being takin advantage of and being hurt. It doesnt always work out the nice people finish last, sometimes we all wish we did though and ended up in our happly ever after. I know i do sometimes

ok guys. here's the thing. you are obviously going with the wrong women. Most women are looking for a nice guy but a women also wants a man who wont agree with EVERYTHING she says and does. i know that for me a nice guy is the best because they show a woman what a real man can do. a nice guy doesnt always get jerked around you guys are just looking at the wrong women.
keep your head up. someday you will find a nice woman.
