I will tell you right off - if you are married or committed, want a one night stand, or someone to party with, keep looking, I'm not interested! I love life and want to have someone to enjoy it with. I have a great sense of humor, and am a sucker for someone that makes me think and laugh, with interesting stories to tell. I don’t mind hearing them more than once, and I might just tell a few of my own. I work full-time and don't want or need your money. I am slow to anger, quick to forgive, and try to leave any battles for the things that really matter. I don’t play head games, life is too short for that kind of garbage. I don’t read minds, either – if something bothers you, or you do (or don’t) want something, say so. Please be prepared and adult enough to know and express your feelings. Honesty in communication is a must. I am an honest, forthright, passionate woman. I love just about everything to do with the outdoors (except yellow-jackets and the [expletive deleted] kamakaze stinging things- I’ve had my fill of both this year). My thrill-seeking is tempered by the dubious wisdom of age, but I will still try to push myself. I love to explore and travel, go whitewater rafting as often as I can, and am learning to roll a kayak. I like do just about everything associated with the water - fishing, swimming, snorkeling, sailing, canoeing, kayaking. I love to hike - but I am still a beginner - don't expect me to do strenuous sections of the AT just yet. I am a pretty good cook over a campfire or on a grill, as well as in the kitchen. I love to cuddle and watch a movie or TV. I love the beach and the mountains and spend as much time as I can in either place. I prefer to be on the move, active, and enjoying everything life has to offer. I don't mind getting my hands dirty on a car or a garden, or clearing trees off the property. UT or pro football is great, some racing, but I am not fanatical about either. I am looking for a man that knows what he wants. A sense of humor and a sense of adventure are a must. He must be honest with himself and with me. He should be willing to be a friend, first and foremost. Any relationship worth having is worth taking the time to get it right. You must be willing to take the time to become friends. I need someone that loves to touch and be touched, hold hands, be spontaneous, be intimate. If he can cook, great, just let me take a turn now and then. I prefer that he doesn't smoke, at least not around me. I expect no more or no less from you than I do of myself. And you must love animals, particularly dogs… It all starts with a wink... then hold on tight! "I want to live my whole life with a sense of abandon, squeeze every drop out, no matter what happens.
