As of now I have no intentions of having kids... Things could change though, its not set in stone. But, as of now I have no interest in having kids. If you got involved with a man that didn't want kids, would you think he's not trying to be in a serious relationship and is just having fun with you for the time being or what? Shit, I'm still a kid at heart myself...

I'd think that's their choice. Personally, I wouldn't have dated a man who didn't want kids when I was in my 20s and today, well I definitely wouldn't since I have a child. But, that is my choice. As long as you're telling the women you are dating that you are not interested in kids, then I see no problem with it.

Oh and yes I have a penis, last time I looked anyways.
I don't think this would be something to bring up on a first date though lol. I know a married couple they are like 80 years old and never had kids and are happy as ever. Plus I have a hard enough time keeping my own self out of trouble, how am I gonna take care of kids

You don't have to want (or have) kids to be a good person! In fact to do for the reasons of others thinking it 'makes' you a better person is wrong. Don't give in your ideals. Your being RESPONSIBLE not having any as far as I'm concerned. It's an easy enough thing to do, at any given moment - to change your mind on. And if you get to be like 70 and want one, then you can ALWAYS adopt. I say stay strong on your own feelings.

Kids are fine so long as they are someone else's. If the OP is self actualized enough to realize that he doesn't have the parenting gene, I think it is great. I wish more people were.
But, if the OP meets the love of his life he may discover he has said gene after all.

I think if someone doesn't want kids of their own that is fine. I think that is something that all young couples should discuss. And if you don't want kids then dating a woman with kids is a big no no. You are only using her. As far as a serious relationship why would that keep you from being serious about someone? I went through a stage where I didn't want kids either but I changed my mind. My boys each have one boy each. They both say no more. The youngest one hadn't planned to ever have kids.  But that little booboo is the best thing in our lives now! And his dad is a great dad. He adores that boy. Gets him for all his visitations and sometimes more and pays child support and sometimes more. I don't want to get hooked up with someone that has a youngster still at home. I love kids I just don't want to raise anymore. I like the Nanna thing...spoil them and send them home. LOL
