I was on a dating site and I was talking to this guy. In his pic he was very handsome and had a nice bod. We imed for awhile and then talked on the phone. Finally we set up a date I'm waiting to meet him in front of this restaurant and he pulled up next to me. OMG all I seen was this big hudge belly on the steering wheel and low and behold he looked like Uncle Fester from the Adams Family. I could have died. I didn't want to be rude so I had dinner with him and tried to make conversation. I could hardly wait for the night to be over. I felt so betrayed and decieved I could have killed him. His profile said he had all his hair was 225lb a good job and all that stuff. Well guess what if you consider a comb over all his hair then so be it. 225LBS was more like 350. I definitely learned a life lesson here. When you see a pic ask how recent it is if you decide to meet and they arent what they claim to be run like hell. Once a liar always a liar. Oh yeah and now my friends always bust my chops because I was out with Uncle Fester. And yes this is a true story.

I've always tried to be polite. However, someone I know went on a date and the woman that showed up was 20+ years older and quite a bit heavier than what she portrayed on the dating site. He looked at her and said, "you deceived me" and left. Harsh? Yes, however, she lied and wasted his time. Perhaps she learned a lesson that day. If they put up old pictures and you ask them when they were taken there is a good chance they will lie about that too. IF this happens again you shouldn't feel obligated to waste your time so they don't feel bad. You can say,"I'm sorry to see you misrepresented yourself and don't want to waste either of our time" and then turn around and leave.

I have dated a couple ladies on this site & the last one said "You are much more good looking in person." My ego meter just passed the danger zone - Now that my feet are back on ground, I think a nice dinner is in store!
