What are you all really looking for? The cool guy, the man with the money, well this list seems to go on forever into the world of fantasy. If a guy is nice and a gentleman at heart isn't that a beginning of love and to be happy does it really matter what else matters, I mean of course theres the looks, unless they are not as bad as you then they should be an ace. Money does that lead to happiness or the type of greed - well to a point, the point if you have children do you really want a guy that makes crap for money or do you all just survive and love be just love. I do not know, I am just a guy with a big heart and a lonely soul waited when that time comes for the right love of my life to come in my heart to be love and love will love back in favour.

I think that at some point in time we all feel like "nice guys finish last" and in a sense they do, but isn't it better to finish last and have lasting friendships and love rather then always hurry and be sitting there one day wondering why you are alone?

to be honest i have dated all the wrong guys the one who takes advantage of me, ones who are emotionaly abusive and ones who would cheat on me. and for some crazy reason i felt like everything was great and that that was how our relationship worked, but then i finally relized that i was sick and tired of being treated that way and doing everything and not getting anything in return so now i have decided to try to find that guy who is wonderful and nice and know how to be in a real relationship. i dont know if anyone has every heard of this theory but i have heard it so i am going to share it...back in the caveman days you wouldnt want the guy who was nice and quiet guy you wanted the biggest most agressive man in the village cause then you would know they could hunt, protect you, build a home, and help you and the family survive. i know sounds dumb but some people believe that and think that it is in our genes to want the agressive, badass guys..

Seriously man, I feel for ya really. I felt the same way not too long ago, but after so many of these posts I started to not feel sorry for people and they should have figured out what I've figured out and that pretty much is nice guy is sometimes naive guy and then you're just being taken advantage of and people aren't taking you seriously. There is a fine line when it comes to that "nice" category.

Being nice is to me good and feels the right way, any other way is being a jerk,
you know playing games with someones heart, that is not a game to me, and not fun.

I think the issue here is, its assumed if you aren't a nice guy, you are an
@sshole. That's simply not the case. It's well known that girls are attracted to the alpha male. The whole nice guy persona doesn't really play into being an alpha male. You just have to find the balance between being overly nice and an @sshole.
