I've talked with many people on this site who say they are only here for the forums. Is there anybody here that is seriously trying to connect with someone on a deeper level? I'm tired of being single and would really like to meet someone and move to the next level with but am just wondering if such a person exists on this site?

There are plenty.
But for a couple of reasons, the connection is difficult.
Some want alot of little things combined.
I never have any trouble with all the normal stuff, but always get roadblocked at 1 big one

It takes a while here and there are many who are still hurting and if you date online it is just as trying as in the real world. But it seems to be easier to move on here. There are so many different people who you can connect with on an impersonal level, but it takes that special someone and connection to find the one who will really take care of your heart. But it takes a lot of time and who knows you just may find that one you just connect with like you have never connected before. It comes out of nowhere and totally catches you off guard

I am here for both. I havnt met anyone per say on this site or outside of it for that matter. I am just taking it way easy and hey you never know she just might be out there. I would rather get to know someone and I think this is a great option. It sure beats pushing a shopping cart with non-perishables around Walmart looking for someone  j/k. Wait maybe that would work lol. I do like the forums also though. It is awsome just seeing other people going through life and its probs as well.

I can safely say, I've never met a life long friend meeting them in a bar.........Believe me I tried.........
