Okay, so I kind of hooked up with a guy I was with 20 years ago—back when we were kids. Over the past month, we've spent almost every day together. He cooks for me all the time, looks after my car and is a true gentleman. I convinced him to spend the night at my place, and I was all fired up. He has the most sensual touch that makes my whole body tingle. He went down on me and I reciprocated, but we haven't had sex. He's only totally hard when he's sleep. I've stayed with him several times, and we always have foreplay, but no sex. Is there something I'm not doing to make this man have sex with me? I want him sooooo bad. Maybe closer to the truth than you think.
Try having him drink alot of water, and continue the oral. He may have an excess of sugar causing his seamen to be more gelatinous than it should be. This can cause semi errections, lack of sexual pleasure (which isn't all that bad for the woman since he would end up lasting alot longer), and slight-mild pain during ejaculation.
Kind of similar to a urinary tract infection, which could also be the case. I'm sure you know how much water/cranberry juice can help with that.
Check any medication he may be on, some can cause sex drive to tumble.
If he's willing to do oral, then he's probably willing to do the deed, so don't think it would be an issue where 'he's just not ready yet'.

First, I have to agree. This is exactly the place for both the question and the information, lol.
Second, it's been a long time for him? Could be nerves, performance anxiety. And, that's not going to get any better not doing you, either. I'd suggest the next time you umm, reciprocate with that foreplay, you sort of scoot up a bit and take things into your own hands. No, make that control. Don't expect it to be great, but that nut has to be cracked, or it's gonna get worse in his head. And, then you can move on to better things. If you honestly like him a few bad times may be worth it later.
