Is this another trick question?????
I do not have to worry about that for two reasons,
1) I am not in a relationship, therefore I am not having sex and.....
2) I am 52 !!!!! (and my monthly friend has stopped visiting! LOL)

Birth control is the woman's responsibility.

Well since I had a tubal ligation no worries there, actually finding a nice guy to be with and have sex now that is another story.

The best one that I am aware of is not having sex. Seems to work really well.

What part of health class did you fall asleep in? Nevermind...I already know...
Well, I have a proven theory...so, I guess I can call it a fact now, can't I? That abstinence is the best policy...
Other than that, I would stick with Mirena or the Patch...less room for error... a man who is nuetered is always nice.

For an adult abstinence is no answer & for your information I was sleeping during math, geography, & history class too.
I think women have 12 different kinds of birth control available to them while men really only have 2 unless your going to throw in abstinence.

I am wondering if "lowkey101style" would be able to take note and publish the birth control list... I am sure he has some nonconventional ideas for birth control. LOL

Abstinence is a legit answer...may not like it, but that does not discredit it's truth.
I only stated the two I prefer...as that is what your OP asked.

aside from permanent sterilization and abstinence...
for men there are condoms and pulling out (but really...arent we all old enough to know better?)
for women the options are the pill (a bunch of options there), the patch, the ring, the shot (the three month shot and the one month shot--dont know if it is still in use though), IUD (two or three of those), the sponge (not for women who have given birth), the film, the diaphragm, the cervical cap, the implant... i think that is it.
as for what i use... nothing right now since i'm not having sex!
