i cried when i turned 30, it seemed like the end for me, my youth was gone, partying didn't seem like i could when i was younger, but there are positives to it. you will really take a good look at your life, what you want to do with it, and try to get there. and stop putting up with the loser men that only want to mess with your mind.

30 kinda sucked for me too but 40, so far has been awesome
it's not so much an age thing, just try to enjoy life no matter what your age - do whatever makes you happy,
live every moment to the fullest

I know it sounds trite but age really is a state of mind.
I have passed thirty and am still having the time of my life. 30 is not old 35 is not old not unless you want it to be.
I love my life who cares how old I am. I can still have fun just like when I was 21 I just have more mony to have fun with lol

I sure hope it begins. 30 kind of sucked, but that was more for other crap happening than age. I hope the rest of 30 and 31 are a lot better.

OK for the year I was 30 it sucked big time...lost my marriage, job, ect. Well since turning 31 in Dec things are looking up and I am focusing on the positive and moving on.
So getting past 30 itself is the test and from 31 on I am sure will be smooth sailing!

Lol, I think I was more depressed when I turned 29 cuz I knew 30 was coming up. For a whole year, I dreaded my next birthday. I just turned 30 at the beginning of this month and it was nothing. I had friends jokingly wish me happy 21st or 25th cuz I said I refused to turn 30. But it was no big deal. I still feel the same. Marriage and kids and then divorce matured me more than a number ever could
