Why is it women turn ther backs on us vertically challened men ? We might have a great persnality but were short . Im 5.5 and Ive personaly had women tell me youre a great guy too bad youre so short. Why is that?

Wow. That is a good question. And I really can't answer that. I do find myself attracted to taller men. Of course I could blame my height issue on having very tall older brothers. ??? Hmmm.

Yeah, I'm 5' 10", 6' 3" in my boots........but I did live with a man for three years who was 5' 5"...........it wasn't wierd or anything........guess I just prefer to look at my man eye to eye. I don't think it's what you fall in love with, it's who.......so I wouldn't say it was out of the question.

i'm 5'9, i prefer looking at eye to eye, but i could like a guy 5'8. on the other hand i don't want a super tall guy either where my face is hitting his armpit, well i guess i could make an exception for yao ming lol.
i do wonder tho when i see the ladies who r around 5 feet insisting on only dating guys who are 6 feet; and really tall guys who have to pick dates that reach their navels (don't even go there with the comments please).
now, why do some guys only want to date women with DD or EE breasts?

I'm 5'7" and was married to a man 5'4" for 22 years, the day I met him I didn't see his hieght and didn't care "at first" but over the years it bothered me alittle, not enough to leave him or even bring it up to him, but it did bother me, now that I'm divorced and dating, I find myself more likely to except a date from someone taller that me, I think we all have our own preferances and that doesn't make us bad people, and I don't feel its saying anything bad about shorter people, theres someone out there for everyone, I think its okay to say what we like.But say it without being rude. Someones out there for you ic69 just hang in there, Best of luck...

My sis, shallow as can be, would NEVER date any man who isn't at least 6' and make her image look better in the public. Thus, that is why she is ALONE. Duh! For her, it's not wanting anyone to " laugh" at her in public to be seen with a short guy. For other ladies, it's simply a preference.. just like some men would not date a heavy lady or someone with brown hair. It's just a preference. My 21 yr old, Cory, is 5'4. Unfortunately, he takes after me in height.. but like me, he makes up for it in charm, wit, wisdom, heart and soul and he often dates a girl who is taller. Hell, he doesn't mind it at all and apparently none of them have a problem with him being shorter. Some women wants to feel that " safe" feeling with a man who towers over her.. to protect her. Lemme tell ya, tho, ladies... this little 5'4 son of mine will go toe to toe with ANY man who disrespected any of you in front of him! LOL So don't sweat it IC. OK brother I have a ton of stuff that I could comment on bein' 5' 6" myself but, I just looked @ ya profile n have a question 4 you. Why, A woman ages 30 to 38? Why can't you get past a woman 8 years your senior?
