pick you up? girl.. if she's single, i just look her in the eye, give her a killer smile and say, "You gonna come quietly, or do i carry you out, baby tantrum style?"
that cracks them up,, dagnabit wish one would say.. hell yeah!!
life is fun. Krupa.. wish i planned my shopping trips as well as you do. Most of the time it's stopping by on the way home for dinner fixin's. I shave every day, so not scrubby, but shorts, tshirt, polo, is about as close as dressing up for the gro store as i get. I might just have to try your methods though.
replacing him comments havent worked yet!!

ladykathryn, That was almost spooky!
"I don't cook for myself (hate cooking for one.. I just don't appreicate my hard work LOL). ..Sometimes I feed the neighbors just so I have an excuse to cook."
Could have written the exact same words LOL Biggest difference is that I even cook for the dog, and his feedings are co-ordinated with whatever is for dinner, since I rarely even finish what is on my own plate LOL 31st was his birthday and he got a "cake" that was two 1lb burger patties with melted cheese and bacon bits in the middle and melted cheese all over the top for "frosting".
wonderturtle, please do break out of that shell and go talk to her. Lots of women, like me, are still not comfortable approaching men, just weren't raised that way, and her "looks" just might be an invitation. Simple conversation over break is all too harmless and you just never know where it could go.
endlessly, you went and did RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!! LOL very funny, but very cool in a way.
krupa, sounds like you have mastered the grocery store meet up phenomena. LOL
"I shop like a stormtrooper too!"
We call it "power shopping" LOL
knight ""I wish my husband would shop like you do." sucks.. i reply if i'm attracted.. "time to replace him?"
tee hee, you wicked thing, good one.
philly "gas stations"
For me those can be irritating. Most of the time, men approach me to ask "did your boyfriend let you drive his car?" or "Does your man want to sell his car." Those chauvanists usually just get shredded. It is the ones who talk to me like they get that I own the thing that get a more pleasant response LOL

If I read your information correctly you know her outside of work. Then contact her “outside” of work otherwise you are just asking her out when it’s convenient to you. I would make a point to speak to her while she is shopping to get a feel for how she might respond. Then contact her via other means.

Personally instead of going for the “Shock and Awe” effect and just blatantly ask her out on a date seeing you see her regularly, I would try to build some type of rapport with her first. You know you got rapport with her when the second she see you, she smiles. Then, and only then, one day off of company grounds ask her out. At least you are guarantee a smile even if she says “No”, and most of all you don’t have to worry about being called in to someone office.
