Hey.. who closed the thread to the 6/6 event?? How are we supposed to respond to the "icebreakers" issue ???
So, I'll respond here and it applies to all events. I think that taking pictures is a good way to break the ice. It seems to loosen people up and they can't wait to see the pictures on the dating sites. I'll be happy to bring my camera to Riffe lake and take some shots. Hope others do also.

I've hiked up to the 3 burroughs, it was so cool. Maybe the best hike I ever done in Washington, as far as views. It is a trail fit for a mountain goat in parts, and the landscape looks like Mars. You can see over the glaciers and pretty much the whole cascade range. To top that off, your next to Mt. Rainier, which stands taller than you already are. I think we must have been between 7000-9000 ft. It was one of those serene places Joe and Roses were mentioning in a different thread. A word you have never heard me use comes to mind. Magnificent! For the next shot.., that lookout station was looking mighty inviting. Patty, it really is a must see. Thanks Lucas, you are so lucky to be working up there. I envy you.

So we are getting right down to it...People are dropping out...Like Cliff and Sandy it seems...People are adding back in like Daniel and his friends...I know I am still going Thursday...BB Helen Chanel are coming...Windy boy and preg mommy Miss L are coming...Anyone know if JR is still coming???
