This is for both men and women. We seek out what we desire and decide what we want to hear.
Actions speak louder than words, and if they aren't talking, then there
is nothing to hear. Right? If someone really wants to connect with you
they will contact you. Unless it has been years, but we all know most are holding on to empty cups hoping for their lost love to come
and fill it up.
Its not going to happen in most cases, I know this. You have turned
this into an obsession that allows any hit to become a fix that you
hope will be for you.
All it does is keep the hope alive, keep you from moving on and letting go.
Its not fate, its destruction. Let go, feel the pain, start to heal so
that you can soon allow someone who deserves and needs you into your
heart.
I know what I'm talking about.

This is only one possible scenario. As for myself, I had a wonderful marriage, have spent a few years healing and moving on, and now am ready to embark once again on a love relationship with someone else. No empty cup here, just a cup big enough for two to share.
No relationship is all bad, and many people here enjoy being in a loving relationship and hence are seeking - not a darn thing wrong with that.
And for those who are isolated or just wish to socially communicate with others via internet, be it to seek love or hope or companionship or conversation, what difference does the motivation make?
I hope you are not always such a negaholic.

It's not that your cup is half full or half empty...It's what's in the cup that counts.....

I spent year's thinking I was the missing piece for
some great guy ....Now I am just happy rolling along
until I meet a man who'd like to roll along with me.
Read the book...
Missing Piece Meets Big O by Shel Silverstein
You'll understand.

Do Not Let Interpretation Take Place Of Reality!..... Now here's where I come in.... What is reality anyways? How do we know its reality? LOL Ahhh the many questions of what we call life.
"Actions speak louder than words, and if they aren't talking, then there
is nothing to hear. Right? If someone really wants to connect with you
they will contact you."
I believe this statement. I believe if someone really wants to be with you, they will. Actions really do speak louder than words.
