u know, when i first saw this thread i knew that with all the real choices about what the usa would be better off without -- AIDS, cancer, homelessness, lonely elders, child suicides, kids on ritalin, marriages that can't seem to last i knew that someone would have to turn it into a way to attack other members. little did i think it would be me. sharing ur views in a forum is a normal thing to do thats why the forums r here. the rules of discussion r very clear and on every page Don't post crude messages, or insult or harass others. Be civil. yet some people find those simple rules too heavy to bear. they have to insult, curse, and be vulgar. i can just imagine if we were in person how they would huff and puff with their faces all red. when ms. butts runs out of insults she might even pull down her pants and demand her butt to be kissed as she's requested in her profile, lol.
calm down, be cool, chill out. stop taking it so personal. it is not about you or you, these r conversations about our country, about the world, about people in it, about justice and injustice and how we all see these things. im not u and u can insult till the cows come home and i will still never have ur experiences and become u. if ur rational and something makes sense, it can educate me in something i didnt know before. if u have some good logic and explanation it can influence me. but ranting raving calling names, putting down someone cause of their age or bringing attention to it when its irrelevent to the discussion; cursing, hoisting the flag and singing the star spangled banner in the middle of a discussion; stand on ur own two feet and defend ur ideas and stop trying to play to the crowd. too much drama but no plot.
any disagreements i have here are over ideas, principles, and things that are happening in politics n current events. i'm taking political science classes in college and none of the students much younger than u two get all bend out of shape when people disagree. most of the other people here in the forum also can debate without taking disagreement as a personal attack against themselves. we about politics here and mite disagree but we can still laugh n chat in other forums. believe me, once i log off ur out of sight n out of mind.

I support you 100%. Thread after thread, comment after comment, the focus is more on shredding your post or commentary rather than just conveying their opinion. You and I are both proudful Americans. The insults, jokes, false stereotypes and profiling should just be ignored and not addressed. Be proud of you and continue to challenge, question, and argue whatever your heart desires. China, you are an amazing young lady with wisdom far beyond what is usually expected for a woman your age. At 41 I look up to you for your attitude towards life. Your insight and perception into the human spirit never fails to lift me up. I look forward to your posts, and am always proud of how you are able to ignore the ignorant comments or respond with calm and even loving posts. Thanks for being here, adding your wit and wisdom to our site. You make me ashamed of myself for the times I respond badly to people who cannot seem to see beyond their own self-imposed view of the world, and you make me want to be a better person for it. i second all that u say luvin..couldn't have said it any better myself...china is one of the reasons i stay in this site myself..she has defended me in several posts where ppl wanted to attack rather than understand...i nominate china as the next US president!!!!!!!...think she will do our country proud....then i may feel need to run as vice president!!!!....let's kick some azz china!!!!!  
oh i forgot to state what the world would be better without..it's definitely racism, hate for others just b/c of the color of their skin...

I learn from each post, whether I agree or not. I like Walt's sassy answers, don't like people who attack based on opinion, race or where they came from.
If people really wanted the mexican work force gone...do something! They are working at jobs americans won't take, think they are too good for them...rather stay unemployed. WTF
These people work hard, at crap jobs to send money home without the chance to bring their families here.

china has shown the least hostility with people attacking her person. She is hopefully part of a new generation that will communicate without being hateful.
Wonder what the % is of our prison system, american born vs. not. I doubt most people come here to rape, kill, etc. They can do that in their own countries. Obviously I am NOT referring to terrorists...before you go off on me!

While not inflammatory in itself the title none the less will tend to bring hotly contested topics out of the woodwork that people don't agree on n that's a half a step from takin' sides, swappin' insults w/folks that "don't get it" coz they're on the other side of the issue...........

stellablue here where i live 90% of those arrested for drug distribution are mexicans,as far as asians they sell you dog to eat.hey fiddle eat raw bacon good for hang over.
