Yeah...I have in the past...thought...oh...he's TOO good for me...

he'd NEVER talk to me. I found this to be just the opposite two times,

and the guys thought I would never talk to THEM. Funny huh?

Just email them...say "hi"..don't be afraid to at least TRY and make contact.

You just NEVER know. I have put my whole life on hold for a dream,

but you know what...sometimes you just have to take chances in this life.

Oh trust me...no one is perfect...I'm not and he's not, and we've had some

issues already, it's hard as HELL having this LDR, toughest damned thing

I've ever done, let me tell you. But again, you know what, as long as

each of us is willing to put it all out there, lay everything on the line

for that ONE person, I see a good future ahead, and I'm willing to wait

10 more months for him, cuz he's worth and I am too!

All I'm saying is...give yourselves a chance...you are ALL worth it...okay????

From the heart people! Peace out. Cindy

Ya know, I felt the same way about women on this site. What brings them on here? But then again if you goto the bar scenes as well as other pickup joints you start to realize that you are not going to find miss right in a bar. Not that this is always or even close to perfect. But it does otherwise open doors that were not known to you before. It's a place where you can talk to people and relate to others, as well as if you are lucky, you might find that one guy that takes you away from all of the bullshit and makes you're life fulfilled in the relationship department

You are faced here with many of the same situations as you would be in a bar. The only real difference is that if you choose to, you can feel more secure about being yourself and not what you think someone wants you to be. Online allows you to do that without many hinderances. You don't need to drink to gather courage to speak to someone here. You can be yourself, and if people don't like you for who you are, then you can block them or tell them to piss off

All of us that are here trying to find a good relationship are tired of the same old meeting places to meet people. As well as to expand our horizons to different possibilities that were just not present before. You have about the same chance of meeting someone good here, but the difference is that it does not cost you a night a drinking to do so.

Be cautious but if I were you I would at least attempt to take a chance, otherwise you will never find out. It's always better to at least try to meet someone and find out he is a punk, then not try and always wonder. Just whatever you do, don't live with regret. You can only live life once sweetie Might as well live it for you right?

trublu, once again it looks like we are being banned from speaking to each other in these forums. Wonder why? LOL Careful trublu it appears someone doesn't want us to know each other. Could they have control issues? Wonder if they even have a profile?

ohhhhhhh you mean charlie? lol We are the best of hang out buddies. Everyone should have one of those!

Am never on the rebound. I cut the ties very quickly and move on

It was just one profile here that I had those thoughts about. I mean.. he wouldn't neccessarily be someone I would be interested in. I just had that thought and wondered if others ever thought the same thing

Well Trublu ~ Just want to say my two cents worth about this. I disagree with you and the others that are making judgments about people by what they look like. You are a very pretty lady and someone could ask the same thing about you. I don't think you can always judge a book by its cover.

I am curious about something. Who are you winking at?

good one Monroe... lol Yer busted Tru...

I think the post above from elfie describes a lot of peoples ideas abuot what the possibilites are. I've winked at and emailed a lot of people I was interested in and got nothing in return. I get a lot of emails from some very nice people but they are either too far away or not my type. I do at least respond unless I think it's a fake profile. Some of those I respond to for the fun of it....

Tru is an above average lady here, she's my friend as well,
wish she was closer we could be even better friends......

Wasn't busting you about the rebound thing Tru, I was thinking about the 19 years BEFORE that.... sorry.
