Well first i would tell her,,"Look, i need this, this is what i like, can you give me this" If she says "no" then leave her and move on and stop wasting your valuable life. You only have so long on this planet and you shouldnt waste it with something you dont enjoy, if she cant even meet you half way and give enough to at least satisfy you as a man then what is her perpose besides spending you money and not giving head in return?

You have to talk about it - and then if you can't work it out then end it and move on - i think you should end one realtionship first before you move on or get into someone or something else. jmo

Having sex outside the marriage even if it's a bad one is wrong. If you can't work it out then you need to end it. Now if you can't have sex because of medical reasons then you should be there for them. Still you must be faithful no matter what. JMO.
