I beleaved in not going outside the marriage once to, and still do to a certain degree but it has happened to me in both my marriages and first it was the mental withdrawel if one takes there attention away first what is the other party to do i mean there is many ways a person can have an affair, if they put anything in front of the other person completly to the point that, that person feels rejected completly then what is the person left out suppost to do and im not talking about jobs or children but what if one person is so involved in sports, hobbies, or just tv that the other person becomes unimportant to them, in this last marriage i was left alone except for aporx. 20 min. a day and he didn't even work i was not allowed to ask what where or when he was going anywhere with out starting an argument and we know as adults sometimes there are reasons that we have to stay together whether its children or financial or sickness once older parents life is not as black and white as we like it now if i had steped out and found comfort and a release from lonliness in anothers arms knowing my husband was sleeping around would it have been completly wrong would i have been condimed by u all?

Irish-
That is the longest god-damned sentence I have ever read. Stop and take a breath. I just guess some of us Irish were more blessed with the gift of gab than others.
Here's a Guinness to quench your thirst after all of that oratory.
