I do know what my reason for the eating disorder is and besides my own research and getting other people's input I have talked with my therapist. I have an appt with her on Friday. What I was hoping was that someone knew how to let go of the fear. Since I am aware I am back down to eating like I did when I started the program. No sweets and the usual if it taste good spit it out thing LOL. No fried foods. And yes Molly McButter makes a cheese and sour cream that are good too! I buy the cheaper brands at Krogers though.
Thanks everybody! Love ya'll!
letting go is something that you need professional guidance and YOUR desire to work at the problems. There is no easy answer from us here. BUT we all wish you a lot of luck with it.

Ya'll my memory is not good at all! I had totally forgotten posting this! The eating disorder is getting a bit better. I am in a special therapy group for my problem now. And the problem with the CPAP was fluid. I was having alot of fluid build up. They put me on a stronger fluid medicine and now I don't seem to be having trouble.
