At one point in my life I was living more to world thing and completly turned from god and blamd god for my life sucking and my words to god was why did u deal me a bad hand. I then tryed to kill myself. The gun jamed up and the knife became dul. Only god stoped me. Now I repent and worship. When u worship god life flows better but when u do something that upsets him he will tell u example I had sex with my ex husben two weeks age after I told god that I would not sleep with other man till I married him. So after that one thing went wrong after the other till I repented what I did and now life is flowing normal. Life will never be perfact do the best u can and repent but U cant say well this is wrong  : Ill just repent it later. That upsets god just read self help christian books they helped me alot and talk to your pastor

God will except anyone back no matter what you've done or how long you'ved backslided. If He would'nt than He would be lieing. And we all know God can't lie. In St. Luke Ch 15 starting with verse 11, Jesus tells the parable of the lost son. This parable is one of the best to read as it shows how the father yearned for his son to return home to him depite all the bad things he did. After the son swallowed his pride and came to his senses he returned to his father. And to his surprize he was embraced!! Also 1John ch 1 vs 9 say's if we confess our sins He is faithfull and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. More than often the problem is forgiving ourselves. We are filled with guilt and our sins and mistakes are usually still fresh in our minds and this makes it difficult to pray. But ask yourself this - Am I greater than God? Of course not.. right! Well if He say's you are forgiven than who are you to disagree!!! Smile and accept His mercy and grace that is given freely to all who bleieve in His Son - Jesus Christ!!!

I loved every one of the answers that people gave to your question. Jesus knows what it's like to be human. God came to earth as a human so he could die for our sins and he came as God so he could be raised from the dead for our salvation. Don't look at your situation and try to figure out why you turned away from him. Only look to him; your forgiver, your healer, your comforter, your friend, your saviour... God's love for you never diminished when you turned away from him. God even loved Sudam Hussein; all he had to do was accept it and spend eternity with God in Heaven. If God could love Sudam do you think he wouldn't continue loving you and want you back. Praise God for all his goodness, for God inhabits the praises of his people.

Of course.......I mess up all the time...but thank God for his grace. I know we get mad, because life sometimes doesn't go the way we want it..or when we want it...but we need to get over that and understand this life is meant for us to glorify him.

Yes,i think god will accept u back w/ an open arms as long as u invite him back to your life again w/ total repentance for your sins and rejecting him. Remember Christ died for yur sins so you could be wash away -white as snow. Also know that the
God of all mankind is a loving and forgiving God.
Yes,It does make a difference knowing that theres a better life and place other than what we have down here on earth, Like Heaven a place were the street is made of gold- and no more tears pain,death and sorrow,But only joy, peace, love and eternal life..
isnt it good to know?isnt a big difference on life that we have on earth?

Yes, God will take you back. You are the one who walked away from him. He is still standing in the place where you left him, with his arms outreached, ready and waiting for you to turn around and come back to him so that he can wrap his arms around you. I pray that you will turn and walk back to him.
