WHERE DO YOU MEET A GOOD GUY AT???
Can someone help me: I have been the big D for 1 1/2 years now. I have been on 3 dates in that time.
I was married for 14 years and been with the same person for 16 years. I have only been with this person. He left me for a 19 year old that he worked with. I have 2 great kids that keeps telling me to move on daddy has ( I have not told them that he moved on 8 months before that). I dont like the bar thing as a single person.... I dont have single friends. I have talked to guys on the phone but then they tell me they dont have a job, still live with mom and dad.....

Well, right here....You have to actually chat with one you're interested in for a long time.. Let him make him the first move by emailin' and IM you. I had talked with one guy talking about everything. His life, my life, his goals, my goals, etc. I consider him as a friend, though, but that's how it starts. ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE, ASK, ASK,ASK him questions about anything and everything about him and what he thinks about certain things that are of interest to you. But you can tell if you're clickin' or not by a dead response. If he can't answer questions, he maybe too young, he's hidin' something, or he's not the answerin' type. Which is not very good if you're on a dating site.

Seems there are a lot of newbies, including me. Just want to test the waters and see what happens. Dialogue should be realtively easy.

Go try hang out at the bar at a golf resort, (The nineteen hole). Just grab a friend and have a glass of wine and see what happen. At least you know any guy talking to you got a good job or inherted some money.
My sister told me she does this and just makes complete sense to me. I play golf and after 18 holes nothing like a drink at the bar before heading off and any women at the bar always get good conversation. Somtimes it just the female bartender listen to guy talk about their rounds. They don't even have to know how to golf.
Just a unique idea I figure I pass along...
