Check this situation out!I got a friend who is fighting with his wife over something really stupid.At least I think so,to make a long story short, My friend is mad at his wife because her wedding ring fell down the kitchen drain while she was doing the dishes today and she called the plumber to come over to get the ring out.Now,he told me that the plumber got the ring out but when he got it out the plumber grabbed her hand and put it back on her ring finger.Now I said,well what's the problem and he claims that the plumber went over the line because only the husband should do that its a sacred thing! I said big deal its not like they were having an affair! What do you guys think? Should he really be mad at his wife?

 Is he for real??? I understand that it is a sacred thing to put a ring on someone's finger, but why exactly is he mad at his wife??? If anything, he should be mad at the plumber...not that it would make any difference....If he feels that someone overstepped on his territory, then he should reclaim it, not whine about it...

Maybe the plumber just wanted to be sure it wouldn't be lost again. I just don't think there was any ill intent on anyone's part. Hubby sounds like a jealous fool. It is not worth the fight. Now, if wife didn't say anything, that would be different.

LOL, Knight.. If anything, the husband should be happy that the plumber had thought enough decency to put the ring back on her finger. Plumber is preserving that "sacred" love between the husband and the wife . It's much better than the husband findin' the plumber chuck the ring down the garbage disposal on purpose, and ask his wife to bend over to see if she can find it, so he could look at her a-- or some crazy sh-t like that. The husband's a looney!

I personally think the friend of yours was right in his reaction...
But to chastise his wife over it is crazy!
I would call the plumber back for a service call,
and tell him I dropped my ring in the drain...
