I don't know very much about the different Graphic programs myself. I just use the regular paint program that comes with all computers and then I use Animation Shop to do the animations. The Thank You animation above is one of my creations. It was simple to do but very time consuming because it required many frames.

If your into graphics, foolin' with em' I mean....you should try dreamweaver... got a great animation set up, you can drag and drop multiple images, repete sequences...and it'd dead simple to use...
