Rules in the game of love are not written in stone.. or should not be. Yes, you should have it in your heart and mind as to what kind of person you are wanting to devote to.. but never allow it to blind you to what may be the best thing that could ever happen to you because of one rule. Rules are meant to bend

I try not to live in the past. I think I'd look at the the foundation I've built with her thus far and if I trusted that, I'd go from there.

Tru good words we as people limit ourselves. I went to a seminar one of the questions brought up was how much you would want to make this year.. Everyone had their answers. The point being no matter how much it was you limited yourself.

My point is the same.. rules are made for reasons and we can change them if we want to. Its our option JMO

I think the only rules that I break lately, would be rules I didn't even know I set. There are some, I won't break.. none who drink alot, none who are not settled in their own lives, none who have too many stories...

The ones I might break now are rules that just might have been like the example above about saying how much money you wanted to make in a year, when you could make so much more than that.

I think it is more limits than rules I break... because there are some I just can't surrender to. One who had been drink free for 3 years wanted to date me. Though I liked him, 3 was not enough. I still don't know what enough would be.

Soon, I will be meeting a friend who is differnt than me. Was it a rule that I didn't date any like him? No. I just never met any I cared to.

First off I ask before hand on some of the issues you've placed in here so if I found out later that he had lied that would end that relationship right there and then. If he can lie to me the first time we met then it wouldn't bother him to lie to me any other time.

And yes, I was having a little fun with "feeling strongly both ways."

(And thanks a lot, now everyone knows my name is Fritz. Sheesh.)
