I am guessing for 30 dollars the meal just per person?
Either that or over there you have mighty cheap places to eat

It depends on how long I have been talking to that person but I can eat a good steak anytime. I say about $100 for the meal and then a nice long walk and maybe some icecream or coffee.
Of course, I would split the check if he were paying. If it were my recommendation on the restaurant then of course, I would pay for the entire meal.

I prefer fine dining over
fast food.If it doesn't work
out, than it wasn't meant to be
in the first place.

Yes, per person.... lol!!
But you also have to figure drinks, so by the time all is said and done, probably $90-$125. At least that's been my experience. My ex boyfriend and I would easily spend anywhere from $200 - $300 a night if we had a nice dinner and then went dancing afterwards. You can't even take a date to a bar without spending at least $75 on drinks! LOL!!

Things are much cheaper here Big Glenn...(Jesus that is a big fella!)
Screw all that.....If I want to impress a woman.....I will do the cooking! I love to cook and if you know what you are doing it is much better and way cheaper than a restaraunt......I would spend the extra money on flowers...candles...and a good mellow cd.

Wait till you go to a
restaurant and there are
no price tags in the menu.
If you can't afford it,shouldn't
have been there in the first place.

Krupa I have read your menus... yes that would definately impress!
I have to say that I think the 1st date should be dutch anyway in case there is no chemistry. Then it is no harm, no foul.

Krupa, you would cook??!!! Wow!! Now that would impress me much more than dinner out any day of the week. Seems the guys I've dated slide into the cooking steaks at home later in, when in all actuality I'd rather have steak cooked at home on the grill. Yummy!! Now I'm hungry!!
