will I was browsing groups and found this one; Im telling you what I lost 20 pounds a month within 7 months I was down to a size 3.. Will to back up my story, I was always a size 5 growing up and slowly went up to a size 9 until I hit 20 when I had a miscarriage which left me vary depressed; and was at a size 14 and no time what so ever will down the road I found myself prego again in was in afoul shape. I weighed in at 226 right before she was born; and border line diabetic during my pregnancy, will I had her by emergency c-section than 2 months later i had an ruptured appendix. at that point her father n I broke it off in moved back in with the parental; My mother had made the transition after almost dying on the surgery table for a hernia surgery. she lost 60 pounds; and was working out. she tried to convince me but don't you know "we need are meat"! lol than once I moved in, it was only going to be temporary until I can move back out.

I suggest buying a book called "skinny b**ch" lol It will give you a real good look at whats in are food in what we really need to survive in i will put my before in after pix on my page.

I eat a variety of nuts and I drink soy milk and rice, so right their If I eat that all in one day I would probably be getting to much.

Thanks everyone, I have been doing vegetarian for just a few days and feel better really. I love animals and eating them was being such a hypocrit on my part.

will FitDay.com, Im not to sure about that diet "I don't count my calories".. let me rephrase what I do; It was a diet a change in now its my "life style". Its not easy if you do not know what you are doing, Their is a lot of delicious food. Their is still things that you will need in your diet; including your b12's you will need to buy those in a bottle. The way I look at it, "I know tmi tmi" But I have bowl movements everyday and I do not have to worry about beef recalls are if I'm cooking my soy meat correctly lol. Their is so much variety at your local store that it is so hard not to try everything; Plus the cocoanut ice cream and the soy riblets in morning star beef is so so so good. I completely recommend buying the book skinny b!tch!! It will open your eyes to what society is saying what is ok to put in are bodies!

F**k the Vegan diet. I'm glad it worked for you because you dropped your calorie intake but I will never stop eating protein and don't suggest anyone else stops either, especially if looking to lose weight. Protein actually speeds up the metabolism. Besides, who wants to be skinny and weak? The main macro nutrient that should be cut when trying to lose weight is carbs. I can give numerous examples and explain why as I have in many other posts if need be. Protein is king.
