truth be told, no, knew a girl younger than me who had her teeth all rot out(Don't know why, defiantly not same story as you suffered though) - she was gorgeous, and I do not think anyone should judge by that.

Nothing is wrong with dentures... most everyone loses their teeth anyway. The only thing that is a definate turn off me would be if she is "Bi-Polar"... everything else, I can deal with.

I think anyone who judges a person on any form of,

Wigs, dental work,glass eye, prothesis for arm, hand,leg,whatevr,
dont matter to me
its the heart and soul of people that is important.
So, everyone remember that the next time you open the door for someone in a wheelchair
or passs by that handicapped parking space,
even if it is closer and you are only going to be a minute in the store.

Thanks guys for all the input, it certainly makes me feel a bit more secure about broaching that subject with the next guy I date. The question is, when do you tell them? I don't think it's anyones business too soon, I mean what if we only go out once and there is no connection? Course now that I've posted this for all to see the secret is out here on DH but I could always meet someone somewhere else and at what point should I divulge my little secret? Or is it something that even needs to be divulged at all unless we get serious?
Being intimate with someone would certainly create a scenario for me to have to say something because you can't feel this damned things. I'd be afraid of hurting a guy trying to perform oral sex on him with them in my mouth and am terrified of the thought of telling anyone I have them much less letting anyone see me without them in. It's just a very delicate and touchy subject for me and I'm not sure exactly how to handle it yet.

Hello, my Lady Darlene. I will say that having dental implants or dentures shouldn't freak out your date, given the case that he is interested. There are many shallow people out there who only gives in on looks, but MANY doesn't mean ALL.
Personally, I don't mind at all for dentures, it should be what's inside your heart, your personality what really counts. That's what really matters.
As for when is the best time to tell your date? Well, you already told me and as I said, I don't care for that, I care about you and what you really are. That's what matters to me. So, don't worry about that. The time will come at the appropriate time. And when that moment comes, you'll notice it and will tell him.
