Kelly Clarkston's song....
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown up Christmas list
Well Heaven surely knows
That packages and bows
Can never heal
A hurting human soul
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end
This is MY Grown up Christmas List.
What is YOURS ?
(Try to keep it clean....it IS Christmas)

Great song and if it could only come true then I would be content...........
For me though, if I had to choose...
First that my children wouldn't be torn apart by the divorce.
That any of my friends or family who were ill, physically or emotionally would be healed.
That my DH family all find their partners in life and can be happy and content.
If that all got done I would be a very happy me for Christmas and then and only then would I ask for what I need.................

I miss my radio flyer wagon..I think its still in the family somewhere..might be down at our 'farm'..last used for hauling firewood and gravel..
TOday my biggest wish is for the continued good health for family and friends..and that the coming year brings everyone what they are looking for to bring them the most happiness this life has to offer.

The last few months have been a challenge for me as a single parent...
My wish...
My son wouldn't be sad without his father (Lost him in 2004)
My daughter would learn to love herself and get rid of her loser bf.
I wish my kids happiness that doesn't come with a pricetag.
I wish all my family and friends many happy days, fewer challenges and blessed love.
One more selfish thing, wait two, My harley and my business to be successful!

A New Beginning
The gifts and bright decorations will soon be put away.
Yet the love in which they're shared will continue to grow even stronger.
The words and songs, rituals and traditions will soon give way to other pursuits.
Yet the real hope that they express will live on,
Renewed again by the expressions of the season.
Christmas does not end when the gifts have all been opened
And the feasting has been finished.
The story of Christmas is a story of new birth,
Of promise, love and hope.
Christmas is not an end, but a brilliant new beginning.
Christmas is an opportunity to open your heart to the best of all possibilities.
Though the years will pass and the seasons will change,
Time cannot erase the love and joy that live in your heart today.
So give your very best to this day, for its real value will always be with you.
Whatever else it may hold for you, today is a new beginning,
An opportunity to move forward with renewed purpose.
And that's a gift you can always treasure.
