In your situation, I would wait for a guy to ask me out. Additionally, get rid of the background color on your profile. I tried to read your profile to see what you are all about so I could give you some decent advice. I cannot read it; the color/glare hurts my eyes. Get a softer color so the guys can read it.

the best way if you can't handle rejection is wait for them, but if your ok with rejection just tell them you like them. all they can say is no and then just forget about them and find someone else

what do you want out of life?...by default you will be a baby factory just like any other animal...
if you decide to be more than that, you will need some sort of skill or more education.
if you focus on education and acquiring skills the relationships will come along.
if you think having a boyfriend is the most important thing, then i suggest you get someone to help you set priorities...gl

Hey, Meg, don't feel bad. I've had boyfriends, but I haven't the slightest clue how to ask a guy out. I'd suggest just waiting for him to do it, but if you don't like waiting (and who does) try finding something that you both like to do and ask him to do that with you.

You can start by cleaning up your profile(She's right the colors are BAD) Rolling in the MUD is for kids. Get rid of it!!
You have to learn how to flirt! It generally starts with a smile and a hello/hi!! If he's interested he will respond. If he does respond complement him on something and try to work it into a conversation. If all goes well hint for a date or another meeting. EG. (Gee, I'll bet you'd be a fun person on a date.) or Plant an idea for a date like ( Are you going to the Fireworks tonight, I'd love to go but I don't want to go alone..
The other part to this whole thing is the VISUAL. Guys want what catches their eye. Evaluate what's good and bad in your appearance and work at making the most of what's good and hide the bad or change it.

You are a white girl so stop with the black hip hop hand gestures. It does not fit and looks pathetic. It is a way to try and feel cool but it is not, and will not get you respect.
The key is self confidence, (even if you don't have it, fake it)Smile, at the guy, talk to the guy be friendly to him, be interested in him and nature will take its course. The other thing to remember is that it is a numbers game. If one does not work out, then go to the next. Believe it or not, the guys have a lot of insecurities too, especially at your age.
The other thing is to remove the 6969 from your handle. No one is going to take you seriously with a sexual comeon. You will have to take down your post and start another to change your handle name, but you need to work on it anyway in terms of colors. Look at other women's profiles for some ideas

Go to sports bars, clubs, etc... Drop hints, look at them a couple of times but don't look away too quick. A guy with game will easily pick up on this obvious hint that you are interested in him.
