Hey ladies. I've only been on this site about a week and have met a couple of guys that are really nice and far away which is good because I don't want to jump into anything. I have also had a lot of winks and messages(some really creepy). If I'm not interested I have been ignoring them because I see no point in starting something or leading anyone on. Some guy called me a tea drinking snob yesterday because I didn't respond to his wink. lol I am a lot of things but a snob is not one of them. So, what do you girls do?

I don't reply to aholes or creeps either. What he called you is mild compared to what I have been called for not responding to their email. I NEVER respond to winks, so don't know about those replies......

Not sure why the guys dont send a follow up to the winks. Cant really find anything out about anyone if they only wink. If they wink and i think they may be interesting, i wink back. I ignore the ones im not interested in and if they think your a snob...so be it. Besides, is a tea drinking snob a bad thing?

We have delete buttons for a reason. Pracice using that button
& it will save you alot of grief. If that doesn't work & they
get to be a pain then block them !!

P.S. I too am a tea drinker. Snob?? Hmmmmmm That's not his call to make. Personally I call it common sense & not being snobbish. Now please excuse me while I go make my tea.

are you a snob...it is not anyones right to make that decision....and you are entitled to do EXACTLY what you see fit....is someone doesn't agree...well PITY...their loss!!!!!

Jules Good advice, all around. Last one said, I had a chip on my shoulder...(a couple of discs removed from my neck,yes,but a chip, no). He's Blocked. Just being selective. We're here to possibly meet someone special...some men are not!
Depends on the profile, when I get the wink. If I'm interested, I e-mail, If I'm not interested, I also e-mail a thank you and "good luck on your search". If it persists, I block.
Sometimes people will send a wink to you, after you've posted something they like or agree with. If I feel that is what it is, I wink back. All of this stuff keeps ya busy, if nothing else! Seems, now that it is a new year... people are "getting busy" on here.

Jules, no you are not a snob. I have in my profile i delete winks, and I do. Got one today from s.o. nearby so just answered that he should drop a few lines to get things started. I used to feel bad deleting them, but why? rose
