Up til now..being alone except for a cat for company..thunderstorms have been a source of entertainment..watch the cat make a mad dash under the bed when the lightning strikes nearby..BOOM...and she's off ..what a scared-y cat ..lol
But soon, in the near future..I can see myself with my arms around my woman..watching the light show..l..soothing her child..tell the kid its all ok,.just God's fireworks show..
then laughing at the cat ...ahh sounds wonderful ..I can hardly wait

i definately agree.. you get those real loud bangs out of nowhere that makes you both jump and hold onto one another tighter... not much tops that for a romantic evening..

Then the big storm hits
inside you run taking off

Thunder is ok, but me, I love the lightening that usually comes with it more. Freaked out a lot of people by running outside to snap shots of the strikes when they come LOL Always telling me I am going to get zapped or something LOL

Magnificently awe inspiring and magnetic to the Spirit!
In my youth I once rode out a huge thunder-lightening-rain storm in the top of a big weeping willow tree, swaying in the wind and rain! It was the most Alive experience I have ever had!
