first of all, it was a very moving poem and your daughter should be proud. children love praise and a poem is its highest form. .... setting that aside,
the first line I might break in two to keep with the flow and rythm of the poem, and the last paragraph needs some polishing.
"Your beauty will always amaze me,
and someday when I'm gone you'll see.
My love for you will never fade,
I'll live with you for all eternity."
I do enjoy that you go back and repeate your starting line... almost..
It shows a strong, confident writting in one that can go full circle.
but the rythm and speed of the second and fourth lines dont line up. some words may need be subtracted or shorted.. for instance on the fourth line it may be better to say "be" rather than "live" simply for the fact that you are no longer there physically....

I had a big argument with my 12yo daughter last night and your poem really touched me.
I kept a diary while I was pregnant with her. I only wrote in it like twelve times, but I recently found it. It had entries from the pregnancy and the first few months after she was born. Your poem reminded me a lot of those entries in that diary, and I really needed to be reminded of that right now. I love that little girl. 
Great job! You're really talented.

Beautiful poem. I have 4 daughters who are now adults. That really took me back holding them and watching them grow. Now they are beautiful women and their beauty will always amaze me. Thanks for sharing.
